In our crazy world, where we are always plugged in or shouting out
I thought this was a good reminder!!
Life, with all its ups and downs is a gift
and savoring every moment is important!!
Below is a photo and write up from life coach Maria Salomao-Schidt. I follow her Butterfly Moms group via FB where there is always a mini coaching session, a lovely reminder of what is truly important ~
Here's today's 30 Second Mini Coaching Session...
Life waits for no one. I spent about $12 on a watermelon and because I did not eat I ended throwing most of it out... was it a waste? Well, not if it serves as a wonderful lesson to you reading this. There are sooo many things in life that we "save" for a "special occasion" but we end up never using it.

There are sooo many things in life that we "save" for a "special occasion" but we end up never using it.
Today's gentle reminder is that your LIFE is the "special occasion"...you get no points for not savoring EVERY moment BECAUSE we all know our birth dates... but none of us knows our death dates. So...
... Eat from the good plates!,
... Plan that amazing trip...even if it is a year away!,
... Make time to look into the eyes for as long as you can of the person in front of you and say nothing!,
... Wear the clothes you love...even it they get ruined!,
... Drink the good wine you have stored for a special occasion... or create a special occasion and drink it!
You life IS ONLY a gift when you ACTIVATE it. In each and ever moment you choose LIVE OUT LOUD (authentically you) or you never engage and sleepwalk through life doing what you are told... how's that workin' fer ya?
START RIGHT NOW! Take a deep breath (everything starts with breath)! Savor this moment. What are you thankful for right now... If your answer is nothing, ask the question again... "WHAT ARE YOU THANKFUL FOR RIGHT NOW?"
