As my life has taken many twists and turns in 

the past weeks, months and years, 

I have been scrambling to stay afloat and 

to figure everything out before it all collapses. 

However recently I am aware of a deeper need to slow down 

and settle into this new phase of my journey; to listen to my heart.

I realize that racing and solving is not always the solution.
