day12: you are loved and love yourself ...

be careful of how you talk to yourself, self criticism and negativity does not help you in anyway!!! it's not a good form of self motivation!!! It really just adds more stress and anxiety to the situation.  

Cultivate a practice of self-acceptance, self love and self compassion!! 

here is an exercise from Kristin Neff who has done extensive research on the concept of self compassion, self acceptance and self love!! This is a great exercise and when you have more time, check out her work, I think you will find it quite interesting!!!
