How important it is for us to recognize and
celebrate our heroes and she-roes!

And let us recognize the many different battle fields on which our she-roes and he-roes fight, surrender, are victorious and perish.
Our current day wars are not easily defines or clearcut, they wage on foreign soil and here at home.
The battles rage between religions, genders, political parties, the haves and the have-nots, the young and the old, the thoughtful and the thoughtless, the empathic and the selfish.
On this Memorial Day let us take a moment to think of all those who are lost and let us remind ourselves of what is important and where and how we can be she-roes and he-roes.
