pay attention, be mindful and interrupt the conditioned reactions ( like fear, worry and anxiety)


In developing the practice of noticing,
of paying closer and closer attention, 
we realize we are what’s noticing. 
We realize that not only can we be with what is, 
we can direct our attention to what we choose 
and even interrupt the conditioned reactions.
