today I begin yet another chapter of this journey called life.  i am coming off a period, weeks, months, years!!  of immense change, transition and reacting, as if in triage.   i know now comes time for some quiet and introspection, instead of scrambling
i need to slow down and look at the big picture -
 today i plan to slow down and quiet my mind,
preparing for my next adventure ~ peace
