to get thee to a forest!!

As you girls know I am a BIG fan of 'forest bathing' or walking in the woods!!  One of my favorite traditions is when we get coffee and walk in the woods for mother's day!  
Now here is an article that proclaims even more reasons to get into nature.  It states how important it is to walk in the woods, with NO AGENDA.  Some of the numerous benefits from forest bathing is that it boosts your immune system and helps one be better able to deal with stress and stressful situations, 
two areas of our lives where we could use all the help that we can get!!  
So with so many positive health benefits gained by walking in the woods,
 I needed to remind us all
 to get thee to a forest!!
as often as you can!!
